Weight-Loss Program
The weight-loss program includes using your personal information to create a diet, sample menu, cardiovascular and resistance training program to meet your goal.
The idea behind my weight-loss program is to not restrict or deprive you, but allow you to eat real food that you can cook in your own home. You don't have to worry about buying hundreds of dollars worth of pre-packaged meals or food bars. You get your choice of grilled chicken, seasoned steak, steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, etc.
The weight-loss program is designed to put you on a safe and healthy path to getting the body fat off. After you are sent your starting program you can ask any questions you may have. Once you start the program, you continue on it for an entire month before your first check-in. This allows your body to adapt to the new program, balance out, and start losing fat.
Bodybuilding Program
The bodybuilding program allows me to use your personal information design a diet, sample menu, cardiovascular and weight training program to help you attain your physique goals. I don't use any software to construct online training programs, it's all by hand with your goals and submitted information.
I strongly advise food of quality as much as possible, however protein drinks and bars are fine to incorporate. Since you will be eating more food with nutritional value, your calories my not need to be excessive. Our goal is to build muscle on your frame without adding pounds and pounds of body fat.
Get the lean, muscular, and fit body you want safely. After you are sent your initial starting program, you can ask any questions you may have. After you start your bodybuilding program, continue it for an entire month before your first check-in. This time frame allows your body to adapt to the new nutrition and training format, to balance out and start building new lean muscle tissue.
Competition Preparation Programs
My competition preparation programs are for anyone who want's to venture onto the competitive stage, including bodybuilding, fitness, and figure. Using your personal information you submit, I will construct a nutrition program complete with a sample menu, cardiovascular guide, and weight training program to meet your desired goals.
Since the quality of your physique depends on what you eat and what you do, it's advisable that you eat a diet of all natural foods; some protein drinks are bars are acceptable. If you've been in fitness for any length of time, this part should be nothing new to you.
Using your personal information you submit, I will construct a diet program with a sample menu, as well as cardiovascular work and a weight training regime. After you start your program, continue it for a month before your first check-in. This length of times gives your body the time it needs to adapt and work on what was given to you.
