My programs are designed in a way to teach you how to eat, and how to implement nutrients over the course of a day, week, month, and year. You can follow the plan I outline to keep fat off forever.


Risks Involved
There are no health risks involved in losing excess body fat if you eat a clean, natural, and a balanced diet, which I promote. I do not suggest any processed food, as it can stall your results. Health risk can accompany those who eat highly processed foods, and take drugs and/or medications

There are no hidden costs.

There is a chance of a temporary weight increase if you have previously destroyed your metabolism. If this is the case, you have to be patient and let your metabolism repair itself so you can proceed with true fat loss.

You will not drop weight overnight. The focus on my online training programs is to take fat off permanently, which is slowly. Most of my e-clients lose about .5 to 1 pound of fat a week and some build muscle at the same rate. However, this will vary from person to person. Therefore, it's essential that you don't focus on the scale number, but rather your body fat and muscle ratio.

Recommendations
It is NOT suggested that you weigh yourself daily. Your weight can fluctuate a few pounds daily. A scale is only a measuring device. It is unable to distinguish between water, bone, muscle, organ weight, and fat. Constantly weighing and obsessing over numbers can work against you on a mental level. Weigh yourself only once a week on stat day, and that's it!

Customization
This is not just a general e-diet you purchase online that gives you general calories, macronutrients, and exercise recommendations.

My online personal training program is customized to your personal stats, and activity level. Straying or changing the program will not be effective, i.e. adding more cardio than prescribed, eating less carbs or calories than suggested, etc. The program is customized for your personal stats and detouring from it may stall results.

You will be expected to follow the program 100%. If you only put in 60% effort, you will only receive 60% results.

The idea, and ultimate goal, is to burn off body fat and build lean muscle tissue. It's simply transforming your body via nutrition, vitamins/minerals, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training.

A pound of fat and a pound of muscle weigh the same, a pound. However, a pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat because it's more dense. Muscle is also metabolically active. The more muscle you acquire, the higher you increase your metabolism.

 

Personal Motivation
As you can see so far, I'm about providing results. I don't sugar-coat anything. I'm telling you that this program can be difficult at times and you will have to put forth effort. I also understand that obstacles arise, schedules get jammed, personal crises occur, and other detriments come up. I'm here to push you through those hard times.
